Our signature program helps you grow both your English proficiency and your leadership presence. You’ll learn to communicate with confidence, influence others, and express your ideas with clarity and credibility — perfect for professionals aiming to lead, inspire, or advance into management roles.

What's Included:

  • 24 hours of instruction (2 hours weekly for 12 weeks)

  • Small group format (maximum 4 students)

  • Leadership-focused curriculum covering confidence, emotional intelligence, and decision-making

  • Real business scenarios and professional communication practice

  • Two (2) hours of private coaching 

  • Weekly homework with articles and reflection exercises
